Carquest Auto Parts - Central Auto Parts at 7634 Pearblossom Highway, Littlerock, California.

These people need to be educated on proper customer service. First off their store looks like it belongs in a ghost town (when the Sun is changing the color of the plastic packaging on your products, it's a bad look). Second off, there are no listed prices on ANYTHING (Weights & Measures & the BBB will be hearing from me, that looks shady af). Third off, I walk in & instead of a greeting, or "can I help you?" it's "what are you looking for?" In the most get-out-of-my-store tone any human could muster. Someone walked in behind me, same rude introduction for him too so I'm guessing they don't see a problem with fumbling first impressions & know nothing about salesmanship or opening a sale (basic primary lessons they *start* with at every business class available to be taken).

I decided right then & there I'm not giving my money to people who can't even provide proper customer service, I'll take my greenbacks to Autozone where they are more friendly & stock products from this decade.

They're lucky there's not a bigger auto parts chain store in town, they would shut them down in a single quarterly period.
